There is no dedicated parking lot here at The Historic BAL Theatre, but there is plenty of public street parking and public transportation options, like B.A.R.T, the Bay Fair Mall Bart station is within walking distance of the Theatre and the AC Transit routes 1, 40 and 89. The AC Transit “R1” bus is a direct connect from Berkeley to the front of our Theatre.
Public parking is available all around the Theatre on East 14th Street and Bancroft Ave, and the surrounding streets of the community. Please be kind and friendly as you find parking in the area, and please print out the signage “BAL THEATRE PARKING NOTICE”, this Sign has our box office number and theatre name in the event there are any parking issues so we can hopefully be notified to share with you. You can also patronize the local restaurants and businesses surrounding the Historic BAL Theatre before and or after the events. They all have Large Parking Lots.
